Driving between Ushuaia and El Calafate
Hi All

Is it possible and interesting to drive between Ushuaia and El Calafate?
We have 5 days and we are flying into Ushuaia and out of El Calafate.

Sort of long slog but pretty

Driver/Guide from $100/da better for me than bus overland

go for the best VIP seats on bus less theft risk

lots more comfy...

fly if u are in a hurry

Drop-off charges are very high for rental cars in Argentina.

I suggest you fly. Five days is not that much.

Have a great time in our country.
