Eternautus Tours....Opinions Please
I E-mailed Eternautas a couple weeks ago inquiring about a tour, based on the high recommendations on TA and Fodors. I received a reply that the person that needed to respond to me was on vacation and would be back the next week and would reply then. The next week came and went...no reply. I E-mailed again. Nothing. I don't know what to think. That doesn't seem very reliable. Any opinions, suggestions or other private and/or semi-private tour guide suggestions? Thanks

Thanks! Please do report back. I can't wait. I am just a little concerned. When I contacted them, their reply was immediate. That was the reply that informed me that the person who needed to contact me would be out of the office and would reply the next week. I gave it 10 days and sent another E-mail. Nothing back and still nothing back. I don't want to bug them, but I guess I'll try again.

I sent another E-mail and immediately got a reply with an apology. I was just not wanting to end up like so many Fodors and TA posters that I read about, who book a tour only to not have it work out. Can't wait to hear how your tour went.

I booked all of my tours with Eternautus before I left for Buenos Aires in December 2008. They were great. You can pull up my trip report by clicking on my screen name. It's the one entitled, "OK.Don't Bite My Head Off. Guenmai's Trip Report". I go into details about my tours with them. Happy Travels!

Just checked into Fodors after a month off-line from travel sites (intentional). Sometimes you just need to do that. Tengohambre...how was your Eternautas Experience? I am on Tripadvisor with the same name. Maybe send me a Private Message? So far I have booked them for the their group half day tour. Guenmai, I just finished reading, Santa Evita, and am now more interested in the Peronist Tour. Thanks!
