Todos Los Glaciares boat tour

I am confused about Todos Los Glaciares...is this the one referred to the Upsala Glacier tour on boat?

what is the best way to take the Upsala Glacier tour? Do I need to make advanced reservation? what is the tour operator doing it? I read about Rene Campbell Fernandez as one who does this tour but the website is not working.

Also please advice on my itinerary:
Day 1 arrive 8am at El Calafate airport (guess too late to join mini-trekking) - can we do boat tour then?
Day 2 mini-trekking
Day 3 - El Chalten - join tour? or can be done by own?
Day 4 - El Chalten (I was hoping to do Torre Paine for a full day tour but after reading some forums here, not good to do in a day so will just stay in El Chalten for another day) then back to El Calafate for the night
Day 5: Leave Calafate to Buenos Aires

Thank you very much.

This is the info the hotel we will be staying at sent us:

Upsala Glacier:

Ríos de Hielos / Todo Glaciares:

Besides the Perito Moreno Glacier, there are other glaciers in the area.....you can take a boat and visit from the Lago Argentino Lake these glaciers: UPSALA, SPEGAZZINI, ONELLI and MAYO.-
The Upsala is the biggest glacier in the area and the second one (in size) in the whole continent. It’s three times bigger than the Perito Moreno.
This tour is different than the Perito Moreno one, because surrounding these glaciers you will see huge icebergs with incredible different shapes…
This tour picks you up from the hostel at 7.15 am and takes you to the National Park’s Port (45 minutes)……
You have two and a half hours on the boat to be in front of the Upsala Glacier….after half an hour in front of it….Afterwards you go through the Spegazzini Channel from where you see the Spegazzini Glacier ( the tallest Glacier in the area )…..
Then the boat goes to Onelli Bay where you go down from the boat for two hours...you have a half an hour walk and you get to a panoramic point from where you see other three glaciers. It’s really great the view you have from there with lots of ice floating, different colors from the vegetation and the three Glaciers on the back.
This boat has a capacity for 260 passengers and they have normal seats…..it has an outside area upstairs to enjoy the great views from outside….
You come back to Calafate at 18.00 pm.

Rate per person: AR$295 + AR$40 Transfer + AR$40 entrance. (from october 08’)
