Has anyone heard from Percy recently?

Hello SA board! We leave for Peru in a month and have Percy booked for a few days, he also got our hotels for us. He usually emails me right back within just a few hours, but I heave not heard back from him in a few days. its nothing big, just eanted to check an make sure everything was still on and if we needed to pay for our hotels yet.

if you have heard from him let us know if he is still doing ok.

Thanks, Jeffrey and April

It's probably nothing, sometimes the internet services in Peru are not 100% reliable, or maybe he is busy on a tour or rearranging things because of the strike.

I would send another email on Monday.

I think if you are in Percy's hands he will be on top of rumored strike dates and will be able to rearrange things if it impacts your itinerary. Hopefully you will have a few days of flexibility built into your schedule. Might be good to do Machu Picchu as early in your trip as possible, just in case, as Perurail has been shutting the trainlines down on strike days. Also spend the last few nights in Cusco so you will be able to get to the airport.
