Hello! I will be in Uzbekistan from the 27th March arriving very early in the morning to Tashkent until the 6th of April, leaving Tashkent by flight at noon. I am planning an itinerary and so far have thought about doing the following:
27th Tashkent full day
28th Tashkent to Samarkand by train and full day in Samarkand
29th Samarkand to Aydarkul with yurt overnight
30th Aydarkul to Bukhara
31st Bukhara full day
1st Bukhara to Khiva night train
2nd Khiva
3rd, 4th, Not sure if going to Fergana Valley
5th Tashkent
6th Flight back home
I would appreciate any comments. I know it might look rushed, so please comment on that too. In any case, I like to pack my holidays with things to do and places to visit as I am quite a restless person.

What you have is doable but will be rushed. Depending on your interests, you may want to look at dropping the Fergana Valley and adding a night each to Samarkand and Khiva. There's enough to do in Samarkand for 2-3 days. From Khiva, you could take a day trip to the desert fortresses of Ayaz Qala.

27 Friday: Tashkent full day
28 Saturday: Tashkent to Samarkand by train 7:30am arrive in Samarkand at 9:45
29 Sunday: Samarkand full day
30 Monday Samarkand to Sentob by private car
31 Tuesday: Sentob to Aydarkul lake and Yurt camp by private car
1 Wednesday: Yurt camp to Bukhara by private car. Bukhara half day
2 Thursday: Bukhara full day
3 Friday: Bukhara full day and night train to Khiva
4 Saturday: Khiva full day
5 Sunday: Khiva half day and flight to Tashkent in the evening
6 Monday flight from Tashkent home

Should be fine.
