Cabo San Lucas in February
We are a senior couple planning our first trip to Cabo in February. Will be staying at RIU Palace for seven nights. While anxious for a new adventure we would like to avoid the more boisterous crowds and party scenes when possible. Hoping someone can advise on a more relaxed experience, especially which sunset cruise to book and other more laid back experiences in the vicinity. Thanks!

I am no Cabo expert but I think your resort is out on what they call "The Corridor"... so not on Medano Beach, the Marina, or downtown. I have no idea what the 'vibe' at that resort will be. But when I was there and stayed downtown at a pretty basic Mexican hotel (sadly now closed, Mar de Cortez) there was no partying. But I do thiink that depends on the 'scene' at the resort you chose.
Do you know about getting from and to the airport? I ask because it's a further distance (like 29 miles) compared to some other Mexican destinations (like here in Puerto Vallarta the airport is practially right in town).
suze, in PV now

Sunset cruise
One sunset cruise that we enjoy (also an older couple) is the Caborey Premiere Sunset Dinner and Show. Is elegant and a little more upscale than other party cruises. You can choose from 3 Course Plated Dinner with show, or the buffet dinner.
