7 hours at PEK airport
Hello all. Writing to ask advice and a question please, if I may.
In August we will be landing at PEK airport terminal 2 at 8pm, flying from Bangkok. And flying out 7 hours later at 3am from the same terminal 2, flying to Europe.
Family of 5 with 3 teens. 7 hours is long to sit in a lounge and too short, in the evening, to do anything sensible (i guess). Would anyone be able to recommend options? A decent airside hotel? A nearby hotel (still allowing time to leave the airport and get back in to the airport...). A nearby attraction or restaurant? A worthwhile restaurant inside terminal 2?
Any tips welcome. Havent flown through PEK aiport in at least ten years...
