toronto airport to niagra falls
We are 4 adults traveling from UK to Toronto in July, We'll have 2 suitcases and 3 trolley bags. We'll reach at 4pm on working day. We have hotel booked at clifton hill Niagara falls. We are considering different options from airport to Niagara. We prefer to take an Uber. Will this ride be easily available as its 2 hour drive n rush hours? Flix bus does not go at that time. Going to union station n then take train seems hectic as we'll be having luggage and 8 hour flight will already be tiring. Niagara air bus was giving an estimate of 380 dollars (shared ride). Uber or lyft estimated cost is around 200 dollars may be extra if there will be traffic. We don't mind paying 200 dollars for uber ride as it seems less expensive than airbus but I am no sure if any driver accepts this ride. Getting to union station then taking train or bus will be a v long journey. Any help is appreciated!

As you said, using UBER you may not get a driver and unless booking a premium car, it might be a tight fit. I do see that there is an Uber intercity option though and you may be able to prearrange the ride?
The company Airline Limo is reliable (we’ve used them many times for ourselves and visitors). Their website seems to allow an online booking for an SUV for 4 passengers and 5 bags at an approximated cost of $278CAD. There is a toll free number to call

Hi! I can totally understand how exhausting a long flight can be, especially when you have luggage. The idea of taking an Uber sounds good, but as you mentioned, traffic and rush hour could make it tricky, especially with a 2-hour drive. While the price estimate for Uber or Lyft seems reasonable, it can fluctuate depending on traffic, and finding a driver willing to take you on that long of a ride might be tricky.
Since you’re looking for a comfortable and more straightforward option, another alternative could be a private limo or shuttle service. Some services, like Airline Limo, offer airport transfers that are designed for these kinds of situations. They can give you a reliable, stress-free ride directly to Niagara Falls without the hassle of waiting or worrying about traffic. Plus, they’re used to handling luggage, so you won’t need to worry about that either.
It’s definitely a bit more comfortable than transferring between buses or trains, and depending on the service, it can be close to what you’d pay for a ride-share. It's worth checking out local services that cater to airport-to-Niagara routes!
