I am a first time cruiser taking an Alaska cruise. I am a US citizen and assumed that I could disembark the Celebrity cruise ship (back at port by 6 a.m.) at Vancouver early enough to get through customs and get a ride to the airport in time for a !2:30 p.m. flight back to the US by way of West Jet. I am an early riser and planned on managing my own luggage and being one of the first to disembark. Am I cutting it too close?

That should work, especially as you will carry off your own luggage.
