Belize unveiled new designs for the Belize dollar today. Queen Elizabeth is gone, and King Charles is not taking her place. The bills will portray figures and themes from Belizean history, culture, and nature instead. The new bills will go into circulation later this year.

Nothing else changes. It will still be the fixed rate of US$1.00 = BZ$2.00 that it has been for decades.
