We are going on a 15 day Mediterranean cruise in September. We have excellent health insurance which includes evacuation. We would like to buy cancellation insurance that does not include the medical/medical evacuation piece. Grateful for any suggestions. We don't have any credit cards that include cancellation coverage.

I have never seen such an option but I don't think it matters. The main cost of trip insurance is the cancellation amt you want to cover. The medical portion is trivial and usually is secondary to n your own insurance anyway. So you aren't paying much for that anyway. Just choose a policy with lower medical cost if you want, but that part doesn't cost much.
