The Massport website lists this:
Logan/Boston Hotel Shuttle
(617) 561-9500
(877) 315-4700
www.loganhotelshuttle.com
I tried the URL for the website listed, but couldn't connect. Maybe you'll have better luck, or try calling one of the phone numbers. Also, go to <www.massport.com> for more info, they give information about buses, limos, water taxi, subway, etc., so maybe you can find out what you need to know about getting to your hotel.

Some of the hotels have shuttle buses, so check with the specific hotel. The Logan Dart is no longer operating -- went out of business in November, and it was a bargain at $5 each way to South Station.
You can always take the blue line from the airport to the Aquarium Station, and then either take a cab or else change lines.
Swisshotel does have a shuttle service, and I believe that the Westin does too. If you're staying at Rowes Wharf, you can take the water shuttle -- pulls up in front of the hotel. If you're staying at the Meridien, take the water shuttle, and then walk 2 blocks.
