Travel Agent for Chile

Anyone have a recommendation for a travel agent in Chile? We will be travelling around for about a month in Feb/March and may need some help with logistically arrangements. Thanks!

A native Chilean who arranges travel to and within Chile
is Eugenio Ovalle, based in the USA in Walnut Creek, CA. www.altatours.com
[email protected]
He arranged our trip to Chile and Argentina and gave us many insider tips. We have used his very professional services twice and highly recommend him as have others on this board.

Unique Destinations is a local agency which works well. They are popular with expats here.

HT and Huentetu, thanks for your suggestions. I will contact both companies and go from there.

As a quick update -- I have begun working with Eugenio at Alta Torus and I think it should work out with him.
FYI I did contact Unique Destinations and initially got a quick response. However after sending a draft itn to them 2 weeks or so ago, I have not heard back from them. Thus I moved on.

yestravel, I agree you should move on if you are not satisfied with the lack of response. I hope the other agent works out for you.

You and DH please keep careful notes and TRs, Yestravel. We usually follow in your SA footsteps.
