Hello, it'll be my first time travelling to Indonesia. My friend and I are thinking of getting the ferry from Port Dickson or Malacca in Malaysia to North Sumatra and it looks like our options are to arrive in either Dumai or Tanjung Balai, has anyone been to either and or has advice on which is best? Well be going in late February so it will be rainy season and wondered also if anyone has travelled in North/NorthWest Sumatra at this time and if you have any advice on the best/most beautiful/most interesting places to go, we are thinking a mix of coast and a bit of inland adventure weather permitting...!
