Utah & Physical Limitations
For the past 10 years or so much of my travel was in Europe, other than "minor" trips within the states. I'm ready to do some places in the states, currently Utah with my husband and another couple. I've Pulmonary Fibrosis and must have oxygen 24/7 now. Therefore hiking/long walks are out for me. Here is my plan... any comments or suggestions you may have are welcome!
3 nights: Vegas to LaVerdin as base, with stop at Kanab and 2 full days for Zion
next 2 nights: Torrey for lodging Visiting Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome & Escalante on way and 2nd day for Capital Reef
next 4 nights: Moab and surroundings with Moab lodging seeing Canyonland, Dead Horse and Arches with Monument Valley on way to Flag
next 4 nights: Flagstaff for lodging with (Gouldings on way) and the next 3 days Grand Canyon
Last night or two: Las Vegas to fly back to Florida home (Kanab on way)
I have "massaged" this itinerary several times but still feel overwhelmed with planning that will work
Thanks be to all that offer suggestions!

When in 2025 is this trip planned? Summer will be beastly hot in most areas, spring is a bit late for getting lodging, winter will have snow in most of the areas. That leaves fall so nail down lodging now if you want to be in the parks.
That said, there is a lot to see from your car. Do be aware of the elevation effect on your oxygen needs. Bryce is high enough for folks without problems to feel effects of the lack and even GC and Moab are in the 4 -6 thousand foot range above sea level.
Are you taking into account how long it takes to get from place to place? You may want to stop for views etc anlong the way. Do stop for gas when you get to half a tank. Don’t drive after dark, large animals like deer, elk, Antelope etc are hard to see and really make a dent if you hit them.
if you are coming to Grand Canyon from Monument Valley you do not need to go to Flagstaff, enter where 64 meets 89 at Cameron. Cameron Trading Post has ok lodging if you can,t get it in the parks. Why three nights in Flag? Two nights in GC should be plenty if you are not hiking there. Then head back to Vegas from the south, perhaps with a stop at Hoover Dam. If you want a night in Kanab, do that after Bryce, no need to go all the way back around the north side.
Enjoy the beautiful area.

I assume you meant La Verkin Utah and this is not the best base for Zion, Springdale is better and less than 3 hours from Las Vegas.
Also Kanab is AFTER Zion, not before.
If you are not planning on doing more than driving the rim at Bryce, you could probably make it to Torrey but I think it would be better to spend one night at Bryce and then on to Torrey. Driving and stopping for views takes longer than you think.
After Moab, stay one night at Monument Valley.
Go direct to the Grand Canyon for lodging, not to Flagstaff. There is several comfortable options in the park entering from the east end, rather than Cameron (good for a pit stop and browse the high end gallery). Yavapai Lodge is the closest to the east end book direct at visitgrandcanyon.com. The others near Grand Canyon Village can be booked at grandcanyonlodges.com (Xanterra). For your drive back to Las Vegas, be sure to leave early enough to avoid the sun in your eyes heading westbound.
As far as Kanab, look on a map, please. It makes most sense between Zion and Bryce and I would only include it if you have a special interest in touring Best Friends.

Goblin Valley State Park is reportedly as scenic as Arches NP but with a lot fewer people. https://www.visitutah.com/places-to-.../goblin-valley

>> must have oxygen 24/7 now.
We all do
. I get it, you mean O2 under pressure or an oxygen concentrator. I suppose you are aware that you will be at high altitudes on this trip an you consulted with your pulmonologist about it.
Altitudes on this trip could be 8000' or more. GC at 7000', Kanab at 5000'. I guess canned O2 might be effective at any altitude but maybe not an OC, IDK.

When I did a trip to the Rockies one of our group did find the cannisters helpful at the highest elevations but she was not medically compromised ( a nurse actually).
But agree 100 percent you need to clear this trip with your doctor.
