Where to fly a single woman for a beach vacation?

I have not been to Asia, what resort do you recommend for a complete vacation? I would like less annoying offers on the beach from locals and not crowded beaches with tourists.

What is a "complete vacation"? What time of year? What offers do you find annoying? Is this a genuine post?

Complete vacation, I meant all-inclusive. I want to fly in January 2025, when it's warm season in Asian countries. I've heard that in Thailand and the Philippines it happens when they literally grab you by the hands and impose services or call you somewhere, I don't like it. Maybe there are resorts with dedicated beaches and places to walk without such intrusive people? Would like reviews from real people and recommendations from those who frequent there.

I would say it's pretty much "warm season" year round in Thailand and the Philippines. I suggest a place like Krabi, Thailand, for a relaxing holiday. I just saw a resort on Coconut Island near Phuket, Thailand. It might have what you want.

Thanks for the tip, will definitely look into that option, have you vacationed there?

All inclusive resorts are relatively few and far between in Thailand and the Philippine compared with say the Caribbean or Mexico. To seek them out , just use the appropriate filters on booking.com. Expedia or similar booking sites. For obvious reasons, these places will have security in place to prevent non guest wandering in and will likely have private beaches. Though frankly, I wouldn't worry overly about being hassled on beaches as Thais are just not that way inclined.

As far as weather is concerned, January it is actually the "cool dry season" in Thailand. Its all relative though and cool means 25-30c. Arguably the best time of year to visit with virtually no rain and blue skies ,all but guaranteed. It is the height of the season for tourism so prices will be higher and many places very crowded. You can't have it both ways!

Other than the all inclusive concept resorts, if money is no object, I would take a look at some of the "five star" "wellness chains like Evason, Six Senses and Aman Resorts.

I am neither single nor a woman but I probably would not include the Philippines on grounds of security. I would consider the west coast of Malaysia. Langkawi is an island similar in size to Phuket. It is some 500km further south than Phuket on the same Andaman Coast.

No, I haven't but I am a single older female who doesn't do parties and avoids crowds and am heading to Thailand in November. Still working on my itinerary. One place if you want to chill out is on Koh Lanta and is called Oasis Yoga Bungalows on Klong Dao Beach. You don't have to be into yoga to stay there. I have read good reviews. It's run by a couple of young women. It's pretty basic but there's a pool and they have meals. I don't get the impression that it's overly touristy. (The place is seasonal but will be open from October. I think they close up at the end of April or thereabouts.)

Thailand is a great country for traveling as a single woman. The country is very safe for travelers in general. Even Bangkok is save. Thailand has many Islands in the South to choose from. Phuket is the bussiest one, then you can opt for Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. If you are looking for more secluded Islands you can try out Koh Chang and Koh Lanta. Island with just nice beaches and not to many tourists are Koh Kood, Koh Mak, Koh Ngai and Koh Kradan.

Depends on what a single lady is looking to do lol! Are you trying to find you a vacation boyfriend fling for a bit or are you just wanting to go somewhere that's safe. If you want safe and access to a vacation boyfriend or girlfriend, whatever floats your boat then go to Thailand! Phuket, Krabi, Koh Samui, etc. Or if you don't want any playtime with others, than go to Bali and explore endless temples and great beaches! But Thailand is my favorite place, as I love a bit of debauchery and like a good party which is the entire country of Thailand.
