Car Rental in Bucharest, Bulgaria
I want to rent a car at the Bucharest International Airport and there are so may apparent problems aired on line concerning over charges and other negative experiences.
Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced and honest company that I should try please?

Your safest bet is to rent through a broker such as Autoeurope. It appears that they do provide contracts that start in Bucharest.
