Sorry, I am not sure I understand - do you mean in Hong Kong? To which I would say, no they don't accept euros, but you must mean something else...?

When we visited (last in 2018) it was HRK only, especially for small value items - which, afterall, is their currency. There was talk of them moving to euro but unless that happens, then you could not rely on anyone accepting euro. If you do find anyone willing to accept euro, it's likely the exchange rate would be in their favour, not yours.

Definitely not on buses, or in shops, restaurants or bars (except in Dubrovnik, they take anything.) But usually private accommodation (like apartments) and also private transfers will take euros as well as some tours like boat tours in the islands, etc. But you can just get kuna out as needed, right? ATMS are plentiful.
