Andalucia + Barcelona in January - itinerary feedback

Hello everyone

My fiancee and I will be doing our honeymoon in Spain in late January for a total of 12 days, including travel time. We decided on Andalucia for the weather and Barcelona for experiencing one of the big cities. We have come up with the following itinerary:
  • Arrive in Barcelona, fly to Malaga
  • 4 nights in Malaga
    • We want to relax and wind down in the first 2 days so decided to start with Malaga and take more time here.
    • Things we are looking at doing/visiting here: La Alcazaba palace, Roman theatre, Malaga cathedral, El Caminito del Rey (we love adventure too!).
    • Day trip to Gibraltar.
  • 3 nights in Seville
    • Seville cathedral, Alcazar palace, La giralda, Plaza de Espana, Flamenco show, Mercado de Triana
    • Day trip to Cordoba
  • 1 night in Granada
    • Alhambra palace, Generalife, Carrera del Darro
    • Sierra Nevada hiking
    • Should we consider making this a day trip instead of spending a night here?
  • 3 nights in Barcelona
    • Las Ramblas, Roman bath, Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, La rambla, Plaza de Espana, Montserrat for nature/hiking,
  • Depart from Barcelona
I would really appreciate some feedback/advice on the above itinerary to make this a memorable trip
