Butterburger in Wisconsin Dells other than Culver’s

We are looking for a non-chain restaurant offering the butterburger in the Wisconsin Dells area. Any recommendations? We’d appreciate it.

Your question is unanswerable. Butterburger is a trademark of Culver's - they have all rights to the name.

As far as I know, the Culver's version is only called a butter burger because they butter the bun and toast it. The burger itself doesn't have butter added at any point. You could probably ask any restaurant to fix the bun that way.

I heard a chef on the Food Channel say that many independent restaurants in the Midwest put a little butter in the mix of their meat while they are making the patties and it makes them moist. I grew up in the Midwest and remember hearing that a small restaurant in my hometown did that many years ago but I have no idea if restaurants still do that. I have tried that at home and my husband loves them. Good Luck!!
