Firenze-staying at Relais Piazza Signoria does anyone know where to park?

any ideas if I can arrive the hotel by car and where to park near by?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I do know that there are often threads on Fodor's from people who have been hit with traffic fines for driving into prohibited areas in Florence. So be VERY careful. I would contact the hotel and ask them for very specific instructions. Otherwise, if it's an option, I would suggest returning the car in Florence and then hire another one as you leave. BTW the fines are hefty - in the hundreds of dollars.

Get rid of the car in Florence. Otherwise, ask the hotel where to park the car.

Do not even think about driving in that part of Florence--lose the car or park it at the airport or Piazzale Michelangelo.

That is definitely a pedestrian area of Florence. You need to contact the hotel and get very specific directions as to where to leave your car (and probably get a cab to your hotel).
