Nevada/Arizona/Utah Loop Revised ItineraryFeedback

Hello,
I posted about a month ago and using forumfeedback and further research i"ve revised and narrowed my itinerary. The biggest change is we are going in September instead of October. My husband and I, mid-60s, healthy and active enough to do 3 mile mild/moderate terrain. We don't like to hop quickly from place to place checking off a bucket list, but also don't have unlimited time. We will balance active with leisure. My husband gets vertigo so we stay away from winding, mountaintop roads with sheer drops. We won't be going down into the GC. We love natural beauty, cultural history, good food and drinks but we don't like super fussy atmospheres. We will likely try to rent e-bikes a couple of times. So here is where I am so far. I would love specific feedback on my lodging choices, restaurants, under 3 mile walks or off the beaten track activities.
Tuesday: 9/9: Arrive mid-day LV, rent car, stay in Boulder City, If early enough, tour the Hoover Dam and Hemenway Park in afternoon. Staying at Boulder Dam Hotel

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 9/10, 11, 12: Drive to Sedona, Staying at Matterhorn. Touring: RedRock Crossing at Crescent Moon Picnic Site, Tlaquepaque, Pink Jeep Off Road, Chapel of the Holy Cross.

Saturday and Sunday 9/13 + 9/14: Drive to Grand Canyon Booked Bright partial view, fireplace. Activities: Rim Trail and Trail of Time, Geology Museum, E-bikes?

Monday and Tuesday 9/15 and 9/16: Drive to Page. Lodging - Grandview Inn B&B or Lake Powell Motel. Activities: Mid-day Upper Antelope Canyon Navajo Tour. Lake Powell float trip below the dam - Horseshoe Bend. Red Heritage Native Dinner Show.

Wednesday and Thursday 9/17 + 9/18: Bryce. No availability at lodge. Trying to decide between Stone Canyon Inn or Under Canvas Glamping. Activities, Dark Ranger Telescope Tours, walks/hikes, e-bikes.

Friday, Saturday + Sunday 9/19, 9/20 + 9/21: Zion. Lodging - no availability for the 3 nights at Zion Lodge. Zion Canyon B & B or Cable Mountain Lodge. Looking for activity recommendations in Zion (short hikes without huge elevation), e-bike opportunities, restaurants, other?

Monday 9/22 Las Vegas: Return car. Bellagio or Venetian

Tuesday 9/23: Fly Home evening flight

In Page--Lake Powell Motel is awesome--very roomy, nice kitchens. Love it! In Bryce-Ruby's Inn is great--old fashioned but just fine. I would NOT be clamping at Bryce in September--too cold!! And for Zion--Cable Mountain Lodge all the way.

We enjoyed our two stays at The Best Western Grand in Bryce Canyon City (which isn't a city at all, but just a small settlement right outside the gates of the park), and made a point of eating at IDK (BBQ) in nearby Tropic.

Here's my report from one of those trips, which might give you some ideas about hikes (also includes Zion):

Got rocks? A winter visit to Utah’s Orogenous Zones

On a separate trip we visited Page, that report here:

We find there are often cancellations at the National Park lodges so you might make reservations you can cancel elsewhere in case something opens up in the parks. This sounds like a great trip.

Thank you for this. I really enjoyed your trip reports and they helped clarify several things.

Actually the last activity on that thread was only a couple of days ago and there were 15 responses. It might have been better to post this new plan on that thread so the discussion would have continuity and people could see what ideas were already suggested.
