Dear Inoshay, Previous travellers from December did not report any problems on this forum. Actually we are booked to go in February, would be nice to hear the recent situation. I would also appreciate a crash course about proper tipping at these AI resorts, especially when one has lunch or dinner at the restaurants with waiter service. Thanks

I would also like to here from anyone thats been to Secrets in 2004. My wife and I are headed there for two weeks in Feb/March. Have they got the kinks out yet.
Novice I usually have money in the palm of my hand and then just shake hands with the waiter. Some AI resort staff are forbidden from accepting gratuities such as Sandals but I've never had a problem giving away money in the Mayan

Dear Markt, Thanks for your reply. Take a look at Tripadvisor.com, there are some very encouraging recent reviews from people who just returned recently from Secrets Capri. Wish you and your wife a nice vacation.
