There are some areas that are c/o than others.
You would definately feel around Copal and the hippyish area Paraisio/Sante Fe Campground.
I've heard around Posada Margarita is c/o.
C/o resorts - Hidden Beach and Desire.
Definately not at La Conchita - owner very much frowns upon it.
The best thing for you to do is inquire when booking your hotel. While topless is everywhere; c/o is not - although many think it is.

There were totally nude sunbathers on the beach at La Conchita when we stayed there a couple years ago. I don't recall if they were using loungers/chairs from La Conchita, but they were right there.

I saw La Conchita's owner telling some women to cover-up who were topless...
And it says this on their site:
This is a family friendly hotel - note that the property is NOT clothing optional.
Doesn't matter to me other way...
