Jenn, I loved your pictures; they are really beautiful. I'm surprised Eco Termales looks so posh; I guess I've never seen pictures of it that show waterfalls, and now I'm excited to check it out. Thanks for sharing them.
hip, we always take a waterproof disposable camera with us to the beach, so we don't have to keep an eye on it.

bostonjenn: Did you book EcoThermales through your hotel prior to your arrival or directly on the internet? We are thinking of doing the volcano hike when we arrive along with EcoThermales and dinner. Don't know if we should book through Sunset directly or the hotel prior to our arrival.

We booked Eco through our hotel about 2 weeks prior to our arrival. Just sent a short email asking for 5-9pm reservations on the date we wanted.
I do know, however, that some tours offer packages. I see that there is a volcano hike/hot springs/dinner package at anywherecostarica.com: http://www.anywherecostarica.com/are...ot-springs.htm Perhaps you can compare prices, see what's included and see if the times work for you to determine the best deal for you. Enjoy it!!
