Tour company recommendations

Looking for a tour company who handles trips encompassing Brazil, Argentina and Chile. Any suggestions?

Wilderness Travel has Argentina and Chile trips, among others. Friends of ours have traveled with them on several occasions and highly recommend them.

Cdnfolks:

Good morning.

My wife and I travelled Edmonton to Santiago Chile and then a connection to Punta Arenas in souhern Chile. We arranged this part and return from Buenos Aires ourselves.

We used Mercedes at Argetina Escapes who worked out our travel from Puna Arenas to Santiago, to Mendoza, Argentina to San Juan province to Buenos Aires.

Our trip was 9 weeks in all with many stops along the way.

We were very satisfied with Mercedes all except for Mendoza where the local agent, Baco Tours were terrible. Mercedes arranged hotel, guided tours, transfers, intenal air, Navimag ferry from Puerto Natales to Puerto Montt and a special dinner in Chiloe.

We are planning our next trip to Costa Rica but the year after we will be going to the Galapagos, hopefully to Machu Picchu, on to Lake Titicaca and then into Argentina.

We will be using Argentina Escapes for much of that trip as well.

Hope you find this of help.

Check out Grand Circle Travel and Overseas Adventure Travel. We've traveled extensively with them and always been more than satisfied - with the tour guides, hotels, and value for the money.
