Hi Riah,

Been to Cancun, no place like it. My wife and I stayed at the Royal Solaris...Excellent. I truly recommended it. Going back to Cancun, but probably try another resort for a change. But if this is your first time, Royal Solaris is upbeat, great service, great food, excellent atmosphere. All the best.

Just got back from Cancun Palace and it was great. Beach is nice with great waves. Pools were nice. Food was very good. Besides buffets, they were always grilling meat, and from 4 to 8 there are lots of Mexican hor d'oeurves out. Room had a great balcony overlooking the pools and beach.

Cancun Palace is great! Fantastic food, rooms, entertainment, etc., etc. You can use the other Palace resorts and a tour or two is also included in your All inclusive pkg. Check out FunJet. Went w/them the last 3 years. Moon Palace is very far out. The Cancun Palace and Beach Palace are situated in good locations where you can walk to about anywhere.
Have fun!

My husband and I just returned from a weeks vacation at the Moon Palace. This resort is beautiful!! Immaculate! The room was great (not the honeymoon suite we paid for but still nice) the pool is fabulous and the beach wasn't as bad as we had heard it was. It is however very far out and the food was AWFUL!!! We both lost a few pounds. It wouldn't have been so bad if the resort wasn't so far away from other places to eat. We loved Cancun and will go back just NOT to the Moon Palace and never all-inclusive again. It's a shame because Moon Palace really is a nice place but when on vacation you gotta eat good food!!! I thought perhaps it was just us but after talking to other people they had the same complaint. We also paid for honeymoon accommodations that we never recieved, called everyday and they refused to put us in a suite, they said they were all full, sorry. (Very upsetting since we made our arrangements in February) But every suite that we walked by appeared to be vacant. It seemed like they kept them vacant for tours. Also, very noisy!! moving huge carts of ice to the pool bars all hours of the night!! Two thumbs DOWN for Moon Palace. When we go to Cancun again we will stay at the Ritz Carlton.

My wife and I stayed at Moon Palace back in November. The facilities are beautiful, however the food was nothing to write home about and we were hounded everyday by the personnel to buy into a timeshare. The room we had overlooked the ocean with a hot tub and was very quiet. We have always stayed at all-inclusive resorts, however I would recommend Robinson Club in Tulum if you are wanting an all-inclusive with peace and quiet plus wonderful food, but the room is very basic.

Just got back from the Adventura Palace, and the message about every room having an ocean view (or water view) completely untrue. My room overlooked a sidewalk. IF I ever go back to Mexico, it will not be with the Palace Resorts. The comments about food.... very true. I threw up for trhee days straight.
