Special Hint - Gift for Americans - Help me

I would like to know what would be a good idea for gifts for American people, a man. What did You bring home from Brazil as a gift or souvenir? Something with our flag or things like that? Or do You already have things like that there? Can You help me please? Thank You.

I think one of those Brasil football shirts is cool. (I bought one for myself.)

Maybe a Brazilian supermodel?

Some local beer, special candy or food?

My husband and I both received T shirts from Fortaleza, Brazil several years ago and are still wearing them. I also received a hand made lace tablecloth. A book on some of the sights you've seen or some of Brazil's landmarks is something my husband would like from a friend.

Well Diana took the words right out of my mouth with that second one!

Football shirts might be discounted given the early exist of the Brazilians from the World Cup this year. (Don't laugh -- I found German team jerseys from the 94 squad heavily discounted in Germany even a year after their early exit from the World Cup the US hosted, and by all accounts, Brazil goes into a much deeper and longer-lasting depression than Germany after such events!) Of course, given their early exit, they might also be less well received as a gifts by knowledgeable fans...

If it were me I'd go with music, actually, but then of course a lot depends on the personality of the receiver...
