Yestravel, I think it's Jaime or Simeon.

JudyN - yes, Jaime, that's who it was. We didnt love him. He was very qualified, knowledgeable and polite, but was like a computer. He was programmed to say certain things and give out certain information. Way too much detail for us and didn't seem to pick up on our comments to move on etc. There were times I just wanted to stand there and quietly take it all in, but he kept talking. He also got off on a bad foot in that our train arrived a bit early and he wasn't there...actually was late even for the normal train arrival time. We waited maybe 30 minutes for him. We were anxious to get to MP and didn't appreciate waiting for a guide. Jaime just paled in comparison to David who was very in tune with us as his clients. He went at a very different pace and allowed time to absorb everything. Perhaps others who used David and had Jaime at MP experienced Jaime differently than we did.
