A surefire way: Fly to L.A. for the day.

Did you email hotels in Puerto Vallarta - there should be at least one that is doing a sedar?

Try asking your local Chabad rabbi, they might have an organized seder there...I know in Peru they organize sedarim in Cuzco (where there is no native Jewish community) and get hundreds of people...

Have been trying to check out info for you on Google and zilch is coming up...lol You could bring a box of matza with you... A friend went to Morocco on Passover and did and was able to share with a family.. Recommend you call your local Federation to see if anything is listed in Puerta Vallarta (one of my favorite cities) to help you out..

You might try emailing the 'Concierge' at www.vallartaonline.com. They have been most helpful to me, with some fairly obscure questions in the past.
