panama city , panama hotels
Hi We will be in Panama city, Panama for 3 nights prior to a windstar cruise. We are looking for hotel recommendations. We typically like 3-5 star hotels, which are smaller and reflect the culture of the area. ( prefer no marriott, etc chains). Thanks in advance.
