Off I go!!

I'm heading out this week-end for México and Guatemala so I'll be away from the forum for awhile. Since 95% of the posts are about Costa Rica - not an area of interest for me - I probably won't miss too much while I'm away. ;-) I'll post a full report and blog links in late July when I get back. HAPPY TRAILS!

Sorry, hip. I think CR has enough fans to live without me. If it mysteriously grows Maya ruins, colorful indigenous culture, and easy access great snorkeling and diving, sign me up. ;-)

Have a great trip. I too loved Guatemala and plan a return visit. I've never been to CR, but Guatemala seems so much more interesting if you like diverse culture and interesting ruins. Just my opinion.

Please DO write us a trip report (I know what you mean about the "Costa Rica" forum here at Fodor's -lol!)

Mexico and Guatemala, love them both..but what about Honduras, in particular Roatan? You wouldn't be disappointed http://roatanvortex.com/

Just trying to do my part to let the world know...there's more going on than just Costa Rica

We've visited Honduras 3 of the last 5 summers and have enjoyed Roatán as well as Utila and Guanaja - planning a return visit to Honduras for 2011 but haven't decided just where yet.
