Oh good! Lucky you. A high-end place to stay but also walking distance to downtown. Best of both worlds.

Can I get away from assisting to a timeshare presentation?
Sorry for my delay in response. At the Hilton we were upgraded and treated well due to our Diamond status. There wasn't much pressure for a timeshare promotion, except if you contacted the concierge or guest services to book any excursions (fishing, ATV, etc). We couldn't get the staff to give a straight answer when trying to book any of these activities and the continually tried to get us to sign up for a timeshare presentation to get the activities "for free". Other than that, we weren't bothered by anyone else regarding that subject and found the rest of the staff to be welcoming and helpful. P.S, we booked ATV and deep sea fishing through Walmart down the road for much lower prices and the trips were fine.

Let us know what you think. I've been to Cabo a few times on cruises and am now looking at flying directly there and staying for a few days.
