long pants/shorts

We are trying to find a place to buy these long pants that zip off into shorts. however they seem to be either all nylon (too hot) or all cotten (won't dry easily in Costa Rica). anyone know of a place to find a blended pair?

The nylon ones are actually not too hot - I have a pair of those and used them in CR. Check EMS (www.ems.com) or REI (ww.rei.com)

Many people buy the Columbia pants. They are nylon but they breath so are not that hot.
I have been seeing more and more brands coming out but only have experience with the Columbias and I love those.

WWW.campmor.com also has the pants as well as other great clothes, backpacks, and maps. We are lucky to live near the store, but I think the website should be good. My friend who has gone to CR a few times said their map is one of the best she has found...

Campmor has very good prices also. We buy from them frequently as well as Sierra Trading.
