The Radisson is oneof the hotles along the Ixtapa Hotel Strip.
It is a nice place , but between the two,the Las Brisas is much nicer , more secluded but nicer and more upscale.
For shopping and walking along the "Strip " at night, from the Radisson , you just walk across the main road ( strip)
From the Las Brisas, you have to walk about 4 blocks just to get to the strip which is called Ixtapa Blvd.
and then about 4 blocks to your Left on Ixtapa Blvd., so about 8 block walk !!!
Any more qquestions !!

Yes Taxis are cheap and you negotiate the price before hand and that is all there is to it.
There will be many taxi's at the airport plying their trade and seeking your business!
Have fun, it is a nice place and you have the best of both worlds.
Ixtapa the Tourist resort and
Zihuatanejo the more quaint Mexican place.
