internet access
We will be traveling in July to Peace Lodge, Lost Iguana Lodge and Bosque del Cabo. I have two teenagers with me. Anyone know if there is computer access? My world will be a whole lot easier if we have occasional access to email! I will not bring my own laptop b/c of weight limitations and I don't want that much access! What about renting a blackberry? Anyone know if there is a way to avoid the terrible roaming charges?

I know for sure PL does, they have 2 tiny little rooms with computers that go up & down but I was able to get out an email. At BdC, no not that I know of but I believe there is an internet cafe in PJ, maybe you can hit that up on arrival & departure?

The Lost Iguana had one computer (dial-up) for the entire place when we were there. There was always a huge line, and it was slow, but it worked. Like tully said, there are two at Peace Lodge - never saw anyone using them. At BdC, the only computer there is for the owner's private usage as far as I know.

P.S. My husband had his BlackBerry while we were there; his company set up international access, and it still didn't work, so I probably wouldn't go to the trouble of renting one.
You are going to all my favorite spots. I am so jealous, but happy for you! Have fun!
