Hiking in Cabo

I will be in Cabo for 2 weeks in February, 2022 looking for hiking trails in the Cabo San Jose, Mexico area by Santiago & Todos Santos and I am wondering if anyone has done hikes in that area and if so are they safe and where do I start and what will I find?

Thank you. I have previously seen this link and I have have been to many of these activities and locations. I usually go to Cabo once a year with a bunch of retirees and stay with an individual who lies there. The link that you sent me is mostly for tourists looking for activities in Cabo. Very helpful to them but not for me. I am now looking for hiking trails close to Cabo San Jose that I have not been on or explored.
Thanks
Al

Just to be clear, I was recommending the Estero del San Jose hike, not necessarily the website. But maybe since it's level it isn't considered a hike?

I wasn't sure in regards to the link. But I have hiked the Estero several times. Thank you...
