And not only with Shillmac - I didn't mention travel or Costa Rica trip report in the title thus this thread may be censored. Sorry - but I know Shillmac is thinking about all her travel friends and her future housing in Costa Rica, on this glorious birthday of hers. At this time of night, her thoughts may be dreams.

Hey, you guys! What a treat on this, the 27th anniversary of my 29th birthday! Here's some hot water. . .scoop is that Dyer is behind me by only 106 days!
And just to keep the Fodor powers that be (that's you, Katie) happy, I'll say it again: It takes about 2 hours and 45 minutes to drive from SJO to Arenal!
Lisa--good to hear from you! Thanks again, all. Now it's off to bed with me. We old folks need our rest. Right, Percy?

Thank you Katie, for moving this post to the appropriate location.
Didn't think about "my error" until after I posted (I could use the excuse that I am blonde; a senior citizen, etc. but I won't!). Glad Shillmac was able to see her greetings.

Thanks Scarlett and Birdie.
And Mary, let's see. . .where will the coming year take me?
Same old, same old. . . To Costa Rica for Christmas and the following week. . .building a foundation in October/November, so we have to check it out! Also need to do some shopping and looking as to building materials. We hope to be there the entire summer 2010 to get the first floor built.
And believe it or not, Florida. Making a trip there in October to see daughter who is expecting first child at 32. Of course, we'll head back there for Spring Break in mid-March, hoping to catch her on delivery day. My plans are to return the 2nd week in April to spend a week with the new mom and baby. We are excited! I'll be paying for a lot of dock days at school this year!
How about you? You've always got something cool on the burner. . .
By the way, same daughter and I were planning a great little trip to Argentina for November of 2010. With the baby coming, we've decided to postpone it until 2012. Any experience there? I'm all ears and open to suggestions.
Scarlett?
