Costa Rica

If I only have time for a four day trip to Costa Rica (and two half days) which airport would you fly into and what would you do ?

It depends on what you want to do and see. I would go to the Arenal area or Manuel Antonio. If you want adventure activities, natural hot springs, and volcano, go to the Arenal area; if you want beach, head to Manuel Antonio. Both areas are good for first timers and have good infrastructure and lots to do.

We fly into San Jose for both of those. Each is about three hours away from SJO but in opposite directions.

Thanks I'll do some research on each area. If we went to ma area would a different volcano be closer by? Would love to see a volcano and jungle/animals but also gave one day at a beach if possible
