Private transfer has minimal wait time, maybe 5-10 minutes as the greeter has to call the driver who is parked in a nearby lot. I do not know of any, whether bus, taxi, rental car, or transfer shared or private that has zero wait time.

To be honest, nothing has zero wait time. When I went in January, I had a private transfer pre-arranged and still had to wait for 10 minutes for the van to arrive. There didn't seem to be many people waiting for regular taxis, so you might try that, but I found taxis a bit of a bad deal cost-wise.
