Belize spiritual journey

Hi
Im from new york city. I will be traveling to belize from dec 28 to jan 19 on a spiritual journey for healing. I need help arranging a flexible itenerary. I would love to spend 1 or 2 days on a beach with really tropical scenes before going into the jungle and 1 to 2 days on the water before flying home. I do not want a luxury resort experience more of an adventure hostel wanderlust experience. Im on a budget and my focus will be finding a good traditional healer. Im not a drinker so i would love some fun exciting ideas to do for new years eve. I also need hostels, homestays, and family style options to sleep. Any really good food options for the beach also. I also need transportation options, would love input on where to splurge and where to budget crunch. Tour guides, etc. Some adventures that intrigue me are the monkey river, 1 day scuba diving, bird watching, the mayan ruins, and a waterfall. Ive heard great things about your traditional healers, buyei, curanderos, bush doctors, and shamans and i am coming for a special consultation as part of my family style journey. I am looking to receive a cleansing. Guidance for A vision quest fast in a sacred place in the belize jungle and to connect deeper with visionary plant medicines (with the intention of releiving trauma). Please get back to me . I could use your guidance. And if you could point me in the right directions.
Peace and blessings

I can't help with motorbike tips. For transport to Tikal, check out the link by "Informative transportation site", above. For my Tikal and Flores lodging options, also see above. I recommend staying at least 1 night in the park; Flores has cheaper options but is an hour away.
