Belize itinerary - Thoughts?

We will be spending roughly 2 weeks in Belize and with our research have come up with the following itinerary:
Tues 6/19 – Arrive at BZE ~3PM take water taxi to Ambergris
(Coral Bay Villas or Caye Casa?)

Wed 6/20 – Scuba Dive AM (Dive Shop Recommendation?)
Tour Town (rent golf cart?) PM

Thurs 6/21 – Scuba Dive AM Night Dive PM

Fri 6/22 – Lamanai (Tanisha Tours?)

Sat 6/23 – Scuba Dive AM Lobsterfest!! Party Hearty!! PM

Sun 6/24 – Sleep in AM Snorkel or Fish PM?

Mon 6/25 – Leave for Mainland (fly or water taxi) shuttle transfer to jungle
(Black Rock Lodge or Crystal paradise?)

Tues 6/26 – ATM Tour

Wed 6/27 – Caracol/Mountain Pine Ridge/Water Pools/Falls

Thurs 6/28 – Crystal Cave or Black Hole Drop

Fri 6/29 – Relax around Lodge/Canoe/Tubing (or do Crystal Cave or Black Hole)

Sat 6/30 – Cave Tubing with transfer to Caye Caulker/Lobsterfest
(Barefoot Beach or Diane's Beach House?)

Sun 7/1 – Scuba Dive by 4pm/Caye Caulker

Mon 7/2 – Water Taxi back to Mainland, flight for Home at 4PM

What do y'all think?

We love to take action-packed vacations that make us feel like we need a vacation when we get back!! =D
The two nights in Caye Caulker should give us all the "down-time" we need! We can't wait! Thanks!!

Do you have plans to go to Hol Chan? It's pretty amazing.

That will probably be our snorkel day, or maybe one of our dive days if it's better to dive it than snorkel it. I am definitely planning on going to Hol Chan/Shark Ray Alley!

Lots of scuba folks, but not really necessary (fairly shallow).

Oh, good, it's some of the best snorkeling we've ever done - cool to see big rays and sea turtles.

We snorkeled it but I was longing to be diving - there are pass throughs and cuts that I would love to have checked out and there was a school of good-sized tarpon we could only look at from 20 or 30 feet above.
