Are our pesos negotiable?

Are our pesos negotiable?
Our last trip to Mexico was about 10 years ago and we came back with some large peso notes that we never converted. Are these old bills in denominations of 2,000, 10,000 and 50,000 still accepted, or have any of the "old" peso notes been devalued?

Right now they're just a nice piece of memorabila...Worth about as much as Confederate money!...
