Ah, thanks for clarifying that. I agree - it's sad for people to feed the wildlife, and it really makes them behave unnaturally.
m, are you going to do a night tour to see the turtles in Tortuguero? That's a pretty cool thing to see. I would probably do two nights in Tortuguero. It's a long way to go for just one night.

Interested to hear how your trip went, OP. What was the final itinerary and what did like best, did you think you had enough time in each place, etc. I admire that you were trying to get to so many areas in one trip! Our first trip we only went to Arenal and MA, next trip just the Osa but 3 different spots there, at some point must go back to see Tortuguero.
We actually loved our Damas mangrove tour in MA and found it better and saw more wildlife than in the MA park itself. We went to the MA park in the morning and it was already hot. Thought afternoon would be too hot. We saw more wildlife around our rental at Tulemar than in the park, monkeys everywhere!
