1 nite in PDC

Would like a place to stay on the beach near town for a family of 4 before we ferry over to Cozumel. Any suggestions?

You might try Treetops (www.treetops.com). Very nice, small hotel about 3 blocks from the center and half a block from the ocean, in a jungle setting.

Hotel Playa Maya. On the beach, in town, and very close to the ferry.

How about El Faro? Haven't been there but it looks interesting. Any opinions?

I agree with Playa Maya.
Very nice, new, safe and family oriented with a pool, close to everything and has a good restaurant.

Just wanted to let you know, depending on the time of year, you may not get a reservation for just one night especially on the beach. Good Luck! By the way agree that the Playa Maya would be my first choice. ElFaro is nice but not as nice the Playa Maya.
