Vibrant Woman in Zanzibar
I loved the vibrant colored fabrics worn by the women of Zanzibar, contrasted against the aged building walls! 3rd time to Zanzibar. Such an amazing place to recoup after a nice Kili Summit! Hope you like it as well

Library of Celsus, Ephesus, Turkey
Library of Celsus – The library is the most beautiful structure in Ephesus and is one of the only remaining examples of a library from the Roman Empire. The library held 12,000 scrolls and was the third richest library in ancient times after the Alexandra and Pergamum. The structure is definitely an architectural marvel.

Milford Sound Waterfall
Milford Sound Stirling Waterfall Closeup – It’s challenging to get a decent photo from a boat that’s rocking and rolling and being drenched in water. Visitors touring the Stirling Waterfall from a boat get the famous Milford ‘glacial facial’ as a reward for visiting. 🥶 Is it worth it? Absolutely!

Ahu Tongariki Traveling Moai, Easter Island
Most visitors come to Easter Island to see the moai, monolithic human figures carved by the Rapa Nui people. This ‘Traveling Moai’ has been to Japan for a world fair and used in ‘walking’ experiments by Thor Heyerdahl. I took this photo 5 weeks ago during an early morning visit to Ahu Tongariki.

Chimney Rock, Abique, NM Ghost Ranch
Located at the southern edge of the Sam Juan Mountains in northern New Mexico. In the early-to-mid Twentieth Century, the Ghost Ranch was used a a summer home by Georgia O'Keefe.
