kevinmf: Hi. We only had 1 night in Zurich. Do you have time for the zoo? We didn't see it, but might be good with a 3-year-old. Lonely Planet says take Tram 6 to Zoo station. www.zoo.ch . For transportation in Zurich have you looked at www.zvv.ch ? Enjoy your visit.

kevinmf: Click on "English" in the upper right hand corner after you go to the web-site www.zvv.ch

kevinmf: Also, when you get to the zoo site, click on "English" in the upper left hand corner.

You could take a 1 hour lake cruise followed by a visit to Franz Carl Weber, a wonderful toy shop, at 62 Bahnhofstrasse. Your child will have fun there. Then you could pop in for a decadent afternoon tea or lunch at Sprungli, 21 Bahnhofstrasse. They have devine sweets, and other treats.
