Any opinions re these walking tour companies: Wayfarers, Italian Connection, Walking Softly, El Camino. Are there any that you've used repeatedly that have ALWAYS been good? And are the ratings of difficulty consistent between companies?

I've seen a catalog for a british company called exodus that looks wonderful and very reasonable prices. Does anyone know this company. I am in my mid 20's- I'd assume some of the other trips mentioned are geared toward slightly older travelers? There is a greek isle hike that looks especially enticing. Any insight appreciated...
