If you are in or near Uzes https://lemoulinduzes.com/ have a variety of fine oils, and you can never go wrong buying the one that recently won a medal in competition, which will be displayed on the bottle. I haven't been to their large and prominent facility on the road between Uzes and Pont du Garde, but we did stop at a small mill between Pont du Garde and Avignon https://lemoulinduzes.com/ where the proprietor showed his facility, where he produces his own for sale and processes olives from local farmers, and let us taste oils, and the Picholine and the Noir were terrific and very much worth taking home. You might have equal luck if, wherever you find yourself, you Google search for oil mills, checking their operating hours, and swing by. In general these are excellent quality, flavorful oils that never make it outside the immediate area, but are far better than what you find in supermarkets in the U.S.
