"The full name of the hotel is The Millenium Gloucester Hotel, not the Millenium Gloucester Road Hotel."
What the OP actually said was "Arrive 7am Gatwick Airport to Millennium Gloucester", no mention of hotel. I sure what Alanrow was trying to get across is that in the UK we don't truncate road/street/drive/close/crescent/lane names because if your relying on your description of a place to ask directions, it could also go seriously wrong (as in the case of the tourists who were directed onto a train to Liverpool when the wanted to go to Liverpool Street Station.
